Falki Express is a Bonaire-based import and logistics company that helps residents shop online in the Netherlands, the EU and the United States. They buy, ship and clear goods — from furniture and kitchens to clothing and electronics — and deliver them to a pick-up point or to your door.
The website had to do more than explain the service. We built a multilingual website around a live price calculator, so customers can estimate air or sea freight, compare options and request a quote in Dutch, English or Papiamentu.
Clear steps, VAT-free shopping in the Netherlands and transparent costs sit alongside contact details and terms, in a straightforward responsive design that works as well on a phone as it does at a desk.
On Bonaire, people often know Falki by name but still need to check a price before they order a sofa from Bol.com or a package from Amazon. The calculator is therefore the heart of the site: origin, destination, dimensions, weight and value feed into an indicative quote for sea freight from the Netherlands or the US, and air freight from the Netherlands. That kind of practical tool is what website design Bonaire businesses ask for when a form is the product.
Three languages were non-negotiable. Customers switch between Dutch, English and Papiamentu in the menu, and the calculator, how-it-works steps and shipping information stay aligned so nobody has to guess the next action.
Around that, we structured the story of the company: shop for less, skip Dutch VAT, choose sea or air, pick up at Bondigro Discount Supermarkt or have it delivered at home. No hidden fees, a quote before you commit, and a four-step process from shopping list to customs clearance. The result is a website design on Bonaire that turns a logistics service into something you can actually use. For k-Dushi, this is how local website design Bonaire supports companies that move goods, not just stories.
